SPS products are all different types of FIBC’s ranging from 1-loop fertilizer bags and bags used for waste, mineral bags in different shapes and properties, complicated Chemical bags with different electrostatic properties and food bags with different criteria for complying with latest valid legislation. All these bags can also be equipped with inner liners in different shapes and compositions from standard liners to multiple layers, conductive properties and/or other different features. There are constant new regulations and guidelines coming within the market space and we are together with our partners monitoring all of them and in the front implementing them with our customers. SPS is also working close with other suppliers of material and machines to be able servicing our customers with ideas and knowledge for effective IBC handling.

Baffle bag

This style will be the best at keeping the cube shape of your product when the bag is loaded. It has additional baffles sewn down each corner to act as a pocket to fill each corner.  In addition, there are other pockets sewn on each side for all the product to gather around the baffles and pockets.  These are perfect if you have a small diameter product such as soybeans which can flow through the baffles without getting hung up.  These bulk bags will be easier to stack as they will make a nice square cube.

Four-Panel

The four-panel bag is the best bag for staying square other than a baffle bag. It is made of up four pieces of fabric that make up the sides and one for the bottom.  These are all sewn together which resists the stretching tendencies of the bag and holds it in a cube shape much better.

 Cross Corner FIBC

These loops are used on tubular body fabric.

Tubular Bags have many industrial uses. As the tubular shape is devoid of any seams these bags are ideal for carrying fine materials without putting in a liner for insulation. Tubular Bags are most commonly used for storing and transporting very fine and sifted materials, such as wheat, flour or carbon.

 Tunnel loops

This is two continuous tunnels along the side of the FIBC. These are easy for one person to pick up and can therefore save labour. For some filling and discharging systems, the forklift truck driver can lift up the FIBC and place it into the filling or discharging system without having to get out of the truck.

NET BAFFLES

It is important that the product filled easily comes out into the corners in a baffle bag. To easier fill the corners with the product you can use NET BAFFLES. It is treads sewn into the body to keep the shape instead of fabric with holes for the product to come to the bag corners.

 U-Panel

A U-panel bag is a step up from a circular bag, as it will have two pieces of fabric resembling a U shape that are sewn together to make the shape of the bag. It will maintain its square shape much better than the circular style.

 Ventilated

This bag type is used when product needs to have ventilation to stay fresh.
